learn read body languageHow can learn to read body language and send the signals with it? Because many people try to read body language signals from other persons if they want to get information.  The it´s important sometimes to send the signals you want to send but not the signals you don´t want to send. For example, sometimes you want to let other people have the feeling that you are very confidence, even so you don´t feel like that.

Like Social psychologist Amy Cuddy talks about in this lecture; body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves.

We use the body language a lot, most of the time without knowing but we can develop, and it´s important. Sometimes we want to show stronger than we are, special if other people count on us in special circumstances, so it´s no doubt about the importance of it.

Amy Cuddy is an American social psychologist knew for her research on stereotyping and discrimination, emotions, power, nonverbal behavior, and the effects of social stimuli on hormone levels.

Have you sometimes needed to send signals from you which don´t tell your feeling on that moment? Please tell us know your experience in the comments.

Great video on how 2 minutes can change the outcomes of how others see you and how you feel.
Who knew the importance of the Power pose ? I guess we need to spread the word on Wonder Woman.

I love the part where she talks about faking it. I am going to try that when I need it!

Thanks for sharing this informative post. I have learned so much!

Thank you, Dinh, for kind words.

Yes, it´s a great part. Sometimes we need to send a signals which don´t show how we feel, and her ideas are very interesting.
